with the development of the Arbanization and modernization in our country,the number of this special group of peasonant workers is increased day by day.Due to various reasons,their spiritual and cultural life doesn t moderate with the city where they exist.This phenomenon will inevitably influence to esthlish a harmonious socialist sciety construction.Therefore,pay attention to the spiritual and cultural life of peasant worker,these should become the important contents of the harmonious socialist sciety.
