Presupposition ambiguity occurs when an utterance has more than one presupposition.It may be em- bodied in such particular sentences as omission,pun and those with special presupposition triggers.In communi- cation,presupposition ambiguity can be used as a strategy by interlocutors to fulfill the functions of satirizing and creating humor.
