据竞争优势理论和我国体育用品业国际竞争力的现状。提出我国体育用品业国际竞争优势的战略选择:首先要充分发挥劳动力的低成本、体育用品巨大的需求潜力及体育用品产业的集群效益等方面的比较优势.再通过品牌建设、营销和保护及对产业集群的品牌资源进行整合等来进行产业结构升级和优化来提高竞争优势.
