口虾蛄抗鼻咽癌细胞生长活性成分的初步分析

Preliminary study on the extractions against the nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell growth from squilla oratoria

目的:提取并初步分析口虾蛄抗鼻咽癌细胞生长活性成分。方法:系统溶剂法分离口虾蛄乙醇提取物,MTT法测定其抗人鼻咽癌CNE-2Z细胞生长作用,并以薄层色谱法初步分析性质。结果:MTT结果显示,乙酸乙酯提取物(B)和正丁醇提取物(C)对人鼻咽癌CNE-2Z细胞生长均有较明显的抑制作用,而石油醚提取物(A)的作用不明显;薄层显色结果显示,A及B均可能含有蛋白质类、甾体和萜类等物质;C可能含有蛋白质类、生物碱类以及糖类等物质。结论:B有较强抗鼻咽癌细胞生长活性,可能因含有甾体、萜类等物质;C有较强抗鼻咽癌细胞生长活性,可能因其含有生物碱类物质。

Objective:To extract and analyse the active extractions against the nasopharyngeal carcinoma from squilla oratoria.Methods:The system solventextraction was used to separate the ethanol extract,then examined anti-nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE-2Z cell activeness with MTT and the chemical constituents of extract with TLC.Results: Ethyl acetate extracts(B) and the n-Butanol extracts(C) can strongly inhibit the human nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE-2Z cell growth but the Petroleum ether extracts(A).A and B may have ...
