同源异盒基因BP1在肺癌和肺结核鉴别诊断的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究BP1基因mRNA对肺癌与肺结核鉴别诊断的意义,为肺癌与肺结核临床鉴别诊断提供实验依据。方法:采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR技术,在Rotor-Gene3000型检测仪上定量检测肺癌的癌组织、肺结核组织中BP1基因的表达程度及意义。结果:实时荧光定量RT-PCR检出BP1基因在46例肺癌组织中有36例呈高表达(78.3%),在52例肺结核组织中仅4例有表达(7.7%),肺癌组织和肺结核组织中BP1基因的表达率之间存在显著性差异(P<0.01);在21例高分化标本中检出13例呈中高表达,在25例低分化标本中检出22例呈中高表达,两者之间存在显著性差异(P<0.01);BP1基因表达程度在20例Ⅰ-Ⅱ期肺癌标本检出12例呈中高表达,在26例Ⅲ-Ⅳ期标本中检出15例呈中高表达,两者之间无显著性差异((P>0.05);BP124例鳞癌中21例呈高表达,22例腺癌中19例高表达,两者无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:BP1基因的检测可以作为肺癌诊断以及与肺结核鉴别诊断的指标;BP1基因的表达可能与肺癌分化程度有关,与病理类型和TNM分期无关。 Objective:To explore the expression of BP1 gene in pulmonary cancer tissue and pulmonary tuberculosis tissue for differentiation of pulmonary cancer from pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods: The expression of BP1 gene was detected in patients with pulmonary cancer(n=46),pulmonary tuberculosis(n=52) with reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results: The expression of BP1 gene in pulmonary cancer tissue was(78.3%),significantly higher than that in pulmonary tuberculosis tissue(7.7%).Twenty-eight...
