摘要
采用乳液聚合法对天然胶乳接枝季铵盐单体,使其具有抗菌效果。EDS分析结果说明了反应后氮元素含量的增加;XPS分析结果显示C=C键的吸收峰强度明显下降,而C—C键的吸收峰强度有显著增强,且出现了C—N键和C—N+键的特征峰,表明反应后的胶乳材料接枝上了抗菌基团——季铵盐。通过抑菌环试验,得到的抑菌环最小直径为11.8 mm,远远大于(直径≥7 mm)抑菌标准。表明,通过接枝季铵盐单体使胶乳材料对大肠杆菌具有了明显的抗菌效果。
Natural rubber latex was grafted with quaternary ammonium monomer through emulsion polymerization with antibacterial effect.The analysis results of EDS indicated that the content of nitrogen element increased.The analysis results XPS showed that the absorption peak of the C=C bond became narrower,moreover absorption peak of the C—C bond became broader and the absorption peaks of the C—N bond and the C—N+ bond appeared in the FT-IR spectra of unmodified NR.These results suggested that latex materials was suc...
