摘要
中频炉炉体外罩是有色金属铸锭系统的主要结构部件,对某大型企业委托所研发的中频炉炉体外罩进行了受力分析计算,并借助Patran有限元分析仿真软件对其进行了力学性能分析,得出炉体外罩的强度完全可以满足实际生产所需,在生产中炉体外罩发生破坏的可能性很小。从而产品的可靠性得到了极大的保证。
The enclosure of intermediate frequency furnace body is the main structural member of nonferrous ingot casting system.This paper analyzes and calculates forces acting on the enclosure of intermediate frequency furnace body,and applies the software Patran to analyze it,draws the conclusion that the intensity of enclosure of furnace body can meet the actual demands,and the possibility that the enclosure of furnace body is destroyed in production is little.So the stability of the product can be guaranteed.
