Finite Element Analysis and Framework Improvement of the Frame of the 85 Tons Mining Dump Truck

针对迁安铁矿使用的85吨矿用自卸车车架所出现的问题以及对其进行改进设计的需要,建立了85吨矿用自卸车车架的三维模型,并在其基础上进行了有限元计算。通过对有限元计算结果所进行的分析,为该车架的结构改进设计提供了理论依据。

According to problems of the frame of the 85 tons mining dump truck used in iron mine in QIAN AN and requirements of improvement design,the three-dimensional frame model of the 85 tons mining dump truck is established.Based on this model,the frame intensity is calculated by the way of the Finite Element Method.Through the analysis on the FEM computation results,academic warranties for the frame s framework improvement design are supplied.
