摘要
简单介绍了柔性交流输电系统和同步相量测量装置/广域测量系统两项技术;阐述了特高压电网和自愈电网/分布能源两大理念;分析了两项技术和两大理念在福建电网发展中的应用;提出了福建电网发展战略思考。
This paper briefly introduces two kinds of technology of FACTS and PMU/WAMS, and expatiates two concepts of Extra-high Voltage Grid System and Self-healing System/ Distributing Energy. The application of the two kinds of new technology and two new concepts are analysis in the development of Fujian Power System. The strategic analysis on the development of Fujian Power System is proposed.
