摘要
基于福建省电力有限公司省级变电站远程视频辅助监控系统的建设实例,阐述了系统的功能、结构、关键技术和作用。实现了3级(子站、地区监控中心和省指挥中心)体系架构;采用插件和统一通信协议方式,解决子站不同类型视频监控主机和多功能设备控制主机接入主站的问题;研发了分布式级联流媒体服务器集群技术,解决视频流的多级转发和负载均衡问题。
