摘要 角膜地形图是眼科临床诊断的重要工具,在圆锥角膜的诊断中有极其广泛的应用。针对角膜地形图的分析工具和方法有很多,其依据的数学模型可以分为三类:统计学模型,神经网络模型及决策树分类模型。每种模型给出一个汇总参数或者判定规则来量化圆锥角膜的可能性。本研究系统分析了用于角膜地形图分析的数学模型,详细介绍了各类方法的特点和优劣并总结其在圆锥角膜诊断中的应用。 Corneal topography is an important diagnosistic tool in the eye departement.It is wiedly used in the diagnosis of kerato-conus.There are many tools and approaches intorduced to analyze corneal topography,the analysing mathemetical models can be di-vided into three categories:statistics models,artificial neural net-work model and decision tree classification model.Either way gives a collective index or judging rules to quantify the possibility of keratoconus.Characteristics of each model in analysing topogra...
