Comparative Study of Legislative Ideas in Foreign Trade Barrier Investigation System

在促进贸易自由化成为世界绝大多数国家的共同目标的同时,各种形式的贸易壁垒行为也在全球范围内此起彼伏,严重损害了国际贸易的发展。美国和欧洲的一些国家据此相继完善国内立法,采取应对措施。通过对外贸易壁垒调查制度背后的立法理念进行比较分析,认识调查制度的实质,借鉴美欧相关制度的合理内核,对于完善我国立法,维护我国在对外贸易中的合法利益有重要意义。
