摘要
目的:用高脂饲料加小剂量STZ腹腔注射建立实验性2型糖尿病大鼠模型。方法:Wistar大鼠,分为正常对照组、高脂饲料组、小剂量STZ组和高脂饲料加小剂量STZ组,每10 d测定大鼠血浆总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)和血浆胰岛素及其反调激素胰高血糖素及皮质酮水平,连续50 d。结果:各组TC均有升高,高脂饲料组明显;高脂饲料组、高脂饲料加小剂量STZ组血浆TG水平升高;小剂量STZ组血浆HDL-C明显降低;小剂量STZ组和高脂饲料加小剂量STZ组血浆胰岛素和胰高血糖素水平降低,高脂饲料组血浆皮质酮水平有升高趋势,小剂量STZ组升高明显。结论:高脂饲料加小剂量STZ腹腔注射诱发2型糖尿病大鼠模型具有高血脂特点,血浆糖代谢相关激素水平可受影响。
