摘要
目的:探讨钳切治疗外阴尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:对286例经病理检查确诊的外阴尖锐湿疣患者采取钳切治疗,观察治疗后患者症状和体征变化,由此评价钳切治疗外阴尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。结果:治愈率为100%,优于局部药物治疗、物理治疗和全身干扰治疗。结论:钳切治疗外阴尖锐湿疣安全、微创,疗效肯定,治愈率高,值得临床推广。
Objective:To study the efficacy of surgical treatment with biopsy forceps for vulvar condyloma acuminatum.Methods: Surgical treatment with biopsy forceps was performed in 286 patients with vulvar condyloma acuminatum identified by pathological diagnosis.The therapeutic result was evaluated by observation of clinical signs and symptoms.Results:The cure rate of vulvar condyloma acuminatum was 100% in this study,which was superior to those of the topical remedy treatment,the physical and the systemic antiviral...
