循环流化床锅炉水冷壁爆管原因分析及预防措施

Reason Analysis and Precantion on the leakage of Water Cooling Membrane of the Cycling fluidized-bed Boiler

本文通过对循环流化床锅炉运行过程中多次发生水冷壁爆管事故的原因进行分析,提出了预防措施,改造后效果良好,从而延长了水冷壁使用寿命,提高了锅炉的运行周期,取得了良好的经济效益。

This article gives an anlysis on the reason of leakage of water cooling membrane which happened many times during service of the cyculating fluidized bed boiler and put forward precautions.There is much improve of ter reformation.The life of water cooling membrane is made longer.Thus,a good economic efficiency is realized.
