摘要
为解决部队高新技术武器装备技术培训成本费用高、训练周期长、训练质量难以保证等问题,借鉴美军数字化训练和信息化保障的经验,提出一个基于交互式电子技术手册(IETM)技术的武器装备远程维修训练系统开发方案。论述了该系统的功能、体系结构、信息流程及其实现的关键技术,并分析了其应用于装备维修训练的预期效益。
