摘要
再制造工程以磨损零件为研究对象,在再制造性评价及相关研究中需要检测磨损零件的表面形貌,由于磨损零件表面形貌复杂,传统的测量方法不能完全胜任。针对这一问题,采用线结构激光三角法研制了一套面向再制造零件表面形貌的计算机辅助检测系统,介绍了该系统的结构,并将其应用于测量某型车辆离合器弹子槽的表面形貌上。
