The estimation on Operational and Support Cost(O&SC) is the important composition part of LCC management.Through analyzing the style of O&SC,establishing the expense decomposes structure,describing each cost,and indicating influencing factor.Adopting analogy method to analyse O&SC,and having given sensitivity analysis result,which offers a guide to plan year s O&SC and a reference method of establishing a new equipment s O&SC reasonably.
