76例老年代谢综合征患者平均血小板体积与颈动脉硬化的关系探讨

Investigation of the relationship between mean platelet volume and carotid atherosclerosis in 76 old metabolic syndrome patients

目的探讨76例代谢综合征患者血液中平均血小板体积的变化,及其对颈动脉硬化的影响。方法选取代谢综合征患者76例和健康对照组51例,分别测定血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)及血总胆固醇(TC)、高密度胆固醇(HDL)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、糖基化血红蛋白(GHbA1C),而代谢综合征组则根据颈动脉超声检查结果再分为斑块阳性组和阴性组。结果代谢综合征患者MPV、PDW明显高于对照组,而PLT则明显偏低,两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01)。而颈动脉斑块阳性组中的MPV、PDW也明显高于阴性组,PLT也偏低,两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在代谢综合征组中颈动脉内膜中层的厚度(IMT)与PLT呈负相关(r=-0.288,P<0.05),与MPV呈正相关(r=0.256,P<0.05)。结论代谢综合征患者血小板参数与对照组比较有明显变化,这种变化对于代谢综合征患者的血管病变起了一定的作用。
