摘要
目的探讨微种植体支抗与片段弓技术联合应用安氏Ⅰ类前牙重度拥挤病例的支抗行为。方法应用华正头影测量系统测量18例患者治疗前后头颅侧位片的磨牙角度(U6/PP、L6/MP、U6/FH、L6/FH)和磨牙线距(U6-PP、L6-MP、Ptm-6、U6-L6、、U6-A、L6-Pg)。结果磨牙角度、线距在治疗前后变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微种植体支抗与片段弓技术的联合应用起到磨牙强支抗的作用。
