论述了坐标测量技术的历史地位和需要解决的问题。讨论了智能三坐标测量机的工作原理和关键技术。分析了柱坐标测量机、球坐标测量机、关节臂测量机、光笔式测量机、三角法测量系统、多边测量系统等非正交三坐标测量系统的特色;论述了非接触测头,特别是共焦式测头在坐标测量中的应用前景。介绍了国内外纳米测量机的研究现状。
Historical position of coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) and problems needed to be solved are expounded. The working principle and key techniques of intelligent CMMs are discussed.
