摘要
跟踪型轴角转换器(Resolver-to-digital Converter,RDC)被广泛应用于高速精密角度测量。首先介绍了这种方案的测量原理,总结了以往误差分析的结论,指出了其在工程应用中的不足。然后对载波相位角失配进行了误差分析,获得了误差表达式。并根据锁定放大的原理,量化了输入噪声误差的分析方法,给出了信号调理电路的最大允许增益的估算方法。分析方法及结果对基于追踪型RDC的高速精密测角系统的工程实践具有重要的意义。
Tracking resolver-to-digital converter is widely used for high-speed precession angle measuring. The measuring scheme and main errors are introduced.
