摘要 介绍了SO型元件引脚共面性检测装置的系统设计,阐述了机器视觉检测系统的原理,应用图像处理与识别技术,实现了对SO型元件引脚共面性的非接触无损检测。把引脚端面与基准面放置在同一平面上,得到引脚端面与基准面清晰的像,测量出两者之间的距离,以此为据判断引脚共面性是否合格。 The system design of detecting SO-type components’ pin of coplanarity is introduced. The design of machine vision detect system is discussed. Nondestructive testing SO-type components’ pin of coplanarity is realized by using image processing technology and target identification Technology. Face of pins and base level are placed on a same plane. A clear image about face of pins and base level is obtained. The distance between them is measured out. On this basis, qualification of pin’s coplanarity is judged.
