摘要
利用KULI软件,对某MOS电阻阵图像转换器芯片的冷却系统进行了数值仿真分析,建立的冷却系统仿真模型不但具有广泛适用性,而且为图像转换器实现高精度的冷却装置热管理系统设计奠定了基础。
Having made use of the KULI software to carry out numerical value on some MOS resistance array IR scene projector chip cooling system simulating, the simulated cooling system model building not only have broad serviceability, but also have establish a basis for hot management system designs of the high-accuracy cooling devise.
