摘要
可全天候工作是红外光电系统与生俱来的优势,性能模型是热成像技术的重要环节,它可为系统设计、分析、论证提供理论依据和分析工具。以一个实际红外光学系统为例,给出了测试SiTF,NETD,MTF,MRTD的原理和测试设备,并将理论值和测量结果进行比较,得到较好的一致性。
Infrared Optical-Electric Imaging System(IREOIS)have an inherent advantage that it can work both day and night. Performance model is important to infrared imaging system. It can provide theoretical basis and analytical tools for system design, analysis and verification. Take a thermal imaging system for example, the methods and equipment of testing SiTF, NETD, MTF and MRTD have been given, and the experimental results and theoretical values have been compared, the consistency is well.
