摘要 本文对植物激素乙烯生物合成途径中的两个关键酶基因即ACC合成酶基因(ACS)和ACC氧化酶基因(ACO)的克隆研究现状、表达及反馈调节等方面进行了评述。 In this article,we summarized the two key enzyme genes 1-aminocyclopropane-1- carboxylic acid synthase gene and 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid oxidase gene on the status quo of cloning research,the expression and the feedback regulation on the pathway of ethylene biosynthesis.
