摘要
本文以数控伺服开式压力机为研究对象,运用SolidWorks Office Premium2008软件验证了该产品数字化功能样机的运动特性。介绍了将公称力行程范围内的载荷直接导出到研究对象并运用"设计情形"开展设计验证的方法。叙述了静态分析、模态分析、优化设计等现代设计验证方法在数控伺服压力机产品创新设计过程中的具体应用,最终获得了符合设计要求的数字化功能样机。
The kinetic characteristics of digital functional CNC servo open press have been validated by using Solidworks Office Premium 2008 software.The method,that is,leading out the loading within nominal force stroke into the press and using "planning state" to validate the design,has been introduced.The application of modern static analysis,modal analysis,and optimized design methods in new press design process have been presented,and the digital press which can meet with the design has been finally obtained.
