摘要
根据名义应力法的基本原理、影响装载机动臂框架的因素和ZLK15型装载机动臂框架危险部位的实测应力谱,选择有限寿命设计法对装载机的动臂框架的疲劳寿命进行了计算。对计算结果与厂家提供的数据进行了对比,证明了所选方法是适合的。而对部分只使用5个月左右就发生破坏的机器,用断裂力学方法估算机器内存在了隐含裂纹,对该种装载机的设计和制造提供了理论基础并提出了一些合理的建议。
According to the basic principles of nominal stress method,the effect factors on the mobile arm framework of the loader,and the measured stress spectrum of dangerous parts on the ZLK15-loader mobile arm framework,the fatigue life of the loader mobile arm framework have been calculated by using the design method of the limited life.By comparing the calculation results and the data provided by manufacturer,it proves that the selected method is appropriate.For some machinery which is occurred to damage only af...
