以连杆锻模加工为实例,详细阐述了MasterCAM在软件自动编程过程中的的基本思路和步骤,重点介绍加工工艺和加工参数等关键问题。采用MasterCAM软件自动编程,可以有效保证零件加工精度及数控加工的安全性,提高工作效率,降低生产成本。
Taking the connecting-rod forging die machining for example,the basic process and procedure of using MasterCAM in programming process has been introduced,with emphasis on the key problems of its process technology and parameter.The MasterCAM can assure the precision of work piece and the security of NC machining,which increases the working efficiency and reduces the operating costs.
