摘要
介绍GSM移动通讯系统的AT指令,GSM短消息的格式、编码和解码方法,在此基础上在上位机搭建起电力监控系统短信报警平台,通过GSM移动通信网络,实现了上位机与短信报警终端的实时通信,从而得以对郊外无Internet网络覆盖地区的电力电缆进行实时监控和报警.同时,对短信息内容的分类、设计和识别也进行了一些探讨.
This paper introduces the AT instruction,the format,coding and decoding of short message in the global system for mobile communications(GSM).Based on these,a short message service(SMS) alarm processing scheme is built in the computer for the monitoring system of power transmission.It enables real-time communication between the computer and the electric cable burglar alarm facilities within the GSM,thus monitors the cable and guards against its theft in non-Internet suburban areas.Some discussion about the c...
