摘要
利用非均相水蒸气蒸馏原理,对顺丁橡胶凝聚过程中节能与降耗理论进行了探讨。指出凝聚过程中节能与降耗是以溶剂汽化推动力为纽带的一对矛盾,它们互相制约,又必须兼顾;采用三釜差压凝聚可有效缓解节能与降耗这对矛盾。
The theory of energy saving and solvent consumption of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber condensation were explored by the principle of heterogeneous steam distillation.It was pointed out that the energy saving and the solvent consumption were a pair of contradiction with solvent boil off impetus as link.They restricted each other and the consideration must be given to both of them.The technology would become feasible by the three kettle condensation at different operating pressure.
