抗硫化返原剂PK 900对丁腈橡胶性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以N,N′-间甲基苯基双(3-甲基马来酰亚胺)(简称PK900)作过氧化二异丙苯的交联助剂,研究了其对丁腈橡胶(NBR)硫化胶耐热性、耐溶剂性和物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,加入PK900可以提高NBR硫化胶的交联密度,改善NBR硫化胶的耐热性和耐溶剂性;虽然物理机械性能稍有下降,但用量的增加对该性能的影响并不大。 The effects of PK 900 as the coagent of dicumyl peroxide on the heat resistance,solvent resistance and mechanical properties of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR)vulcanizates were studied.The results showed that the crosslinking density,the heat resistance and solvent resistance of NBR vulcanizates were improved and the mechanical properties decreased slightly due to the addition of PK 900.The effect of amount of PK 900 on the mechanical properties of NBR vulcanizates was not obvious.
