摘要
针对现有的旋转电弧传感器质量重和结构欠紧凑的特点,对其结构进行了优化,选用微型电机作为驱动元件,通过一级齿轮传动,带动偏心安装的导电杆做圆锥摆动,电弧沿圆周扫描坡口,从而达到产生旋转电弧的目的.改进后的旋转电弧传感器构造简单、结构紧凑、体积减小和质量减轻,有利于在工业生产中的应用.
