摘要 针对现有的旋转电弧传感器质量重和结构欠紧凑的特点,对其结构进行了优化,选用微型电机作为驱动元件,通过一级齿轮传动,带动偏心安装的导电杆做圆锥摆动,电弧沿圆周扫描坡口,从而达到产生旋转电弧的目的.改进后的旋转电弧传感器构造简单、结构紧凑、体积减小和质量减轻,有利于在工业生产中的应用. The basic principle of arc sensor and the structure of rotating arc sensor were introduced.According to the existing rotating arc sensor with the characteristic of heavy weight and big volume,the structure of rotating arc sensor was optimized.As the driver,the micro-motor drives the eccentric-installed conducting rod rotating through the gears,then the arc scans the groove along the circumference,and achieves the rotating arc.After optimized,the structure of the rotating arc sensor is simple and compact,the...
