摘要
BIW焊装线控制系统中,使用多PLC耦合的硬件架构划分整线的控制任务;多层现场总线的网络架构合理分配PLC和机器人的控制任务;安全PLC完成大量安全信号的采集和逻辑处理,可极大提高整线控制系统标准化、模块化程度.这种硬件框架降低了设备安装、调试难度,保证了焊装线安全、可靠、高效的运行,方便了使用过程中对整线的维护、维修.
