摘要
在核电厂维修水下焊接实验装置的研发基础上,集成弧焊质量分析仪,建立了水下局部干式熔化极气体保护焊接计算机辅助焊接质量保证系统.对该系统5 m水深304不锈钢脉冲MIG焊接进行了电流、电弧电压波形采集和统计分析,获得了外观良好的焊缝.实验结果表明,该水下焊接实验装置,可以用来模拟30 m以内水深核电厂的远程控制维修,质量保证系统可以成功地用于水下焊接过程监控之中.
