摘要
根据集装箱薄板对接焊缝的特点,设计了一种具有高可靠性、能够在工业现场长期应用的视觉跟踪系统.采用基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的智能摄像头采集并处理焊缝图像,提取焊缝特征,输出焊缝偏差到PLC,使用PLC与步进电机实现焊接过程中的焊缝实时纠偏控制.现场实验结果表明,所设计的焊缝跟踪系统能够满足焊缝跟踪的精度要求,具有实际应用价值.
A high reliable vision based seam tracking system was proposed for the butt welding in the container manufacture.DSP based smart camera is used to get and process the images of welding seam.It extracts seam features and outputs the errors of the welding seam to PLC.PLC and stepper motor are used to reduce tracking errors.Finally,experiments are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the designed system.
