摘要
以MOTOMAN-UP20弧焊机器人动态仿真为背景,利用AutoCAD强大的建模功能和OpenGL卓越的渲染功能来开发真实感较强的三维仿真环境.阐述了OpenGL对AutoCAD模型数据的读取,并详细介绍了OpenGL对三维仿真中机器人模型数据的构造、光照、材质处理以及运动的双缓存技术等问题.这种方法对其他动态过程的三维仿真也具有一定的意义.
Based on MOTOMAN-UP20 arc-welding robot,this paper set up the model for the robot with AutoCAD,designed the OpenGL linkage for AutoCAD model file,and developed a vividness dynamistic simulation.The technology of building geometric model,light,color model and the using of double-buffer were introduced,various other methods were analyzed.The application of OpenGL in the system also offers the valuable reference for other application.
