为了推动建龙铁路前期研究工作,笔者通过沿线调查,从客货运量需求、区域铁路网布局、海西经济区规划、沿海港口发展等方面分析建龙铁路的建设必要性,并根据本线功能定位提出其建设时机和主要技术标准。
