光纤通信技术以其大容量、低损耗、抗干扰和保密性好等诸多优点被许多行业通信专网广泛应用和认可,调水工程作为关系国计民生的水利工程,其调度自动化、管理信息化、通信专网化进程势在必行。文中从光纤通信技术和调水工程的特点出发,阐明了调水工程引入光纤通信技术的可行性和必要性。
