基于项目管理“三控制”的航天装备采办项目控制技术方法

摘要 质量控制、进度控制和费用控制,是项目管理"三控制"的三大要素,也是航天装备采办项目控制的重要内容。文章在界定了航天装备采办项目单要素控制和多要素集成控制基本内涵的基础上,运用项目管理"三控制"的基本方法,分别从单要素控制和多要素集成控制的角度,提出了适用于航天装备采办项目控制的基本技术和方法。
