综合运用资源开发与管理理论,采用文献资料、问卷调查、实地考察、数理统计和逻辑分析等方法对衡阳市高校体育教育资源发展现状进行分析研究,揭示衡阳市高校体育教育资源管理、配置和资源利用效率中存在的主要问题。以提高高校体育教育资源的深度和广度为主要目标,探索优化整合衡阳市高校体育教育资源的可行性、主要方式及途径。
