HPLC测定粘膜溃疡含片中靛蓝、靛玉红的含量

Determination on the Content of Indigo and Indirubin in the Nianmo Kuiyang Tablet by HPLC

目的:建立粘膜溃疡含片中靛蓝、靛玉红含量测定方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法测定粘膜溃疡含片中靛蓝、靛玉红的含量,甲醇-水(85∶15)为流动相;检测波长为285nm。结果:靛蓝在0.044μg^0.22μg,靛玉红0.00375μg^0.03μg范围内,呈良好的线性关系。靛蓝、靛玉红平均加样回收率为98.0%(n=5)。结论:含量测定方法简便准确,重复性好,可作为粘膜溃疡含片中靛蓝、靛玉红的含量测定方法。

Objective:To establish the method of detecting the content of indigo and indirubin in the Nianmo Kuiyang tablet.Methods: Using RP-HPLC with the mobile phase of methanol-H2O(85∶15) and the detection wavelength was set at 285nm.Results: The calibration curve of indigo and indirubin show linear relation in the range of 0.044～0.22μg and 0.00375～0.03μg respectively.The average recovery rate was 98.0%(n=5).Conclusion: This method is so simple,realizable and reproducible that it can be used to control the quality ...
