超声介入囊肿治疗术中局麻药应用技巧的研究

Studying the Local Anesthesia Skill in Treating Cyst with Ultrasound Intervention Operation

目的:研究超声介入治疗囊肿术中局麻药物的应用技巧。方法:将368例进行超声介入治疗的单纯性肝、肾囊肿和巧克力囊肿的患者,按局麻药是否使用分为两组;A组(114例)患者在抽尽囊液后直接注入硬化剂进行治疗。B组(254例)患者在抽尽囊液后,先向囊腔内注入5ml局麻药,根据抽出局麻药的量,判定针尖所处的位置,再向囊腔内注入硬化剂实施治疗。结果:A组患者术中未使用局麻药,78.9%(90/114)例患者表现为中等程度的酸胀痛,患者术中配合差,21.05%(24/114)症状明显,患者因无法耐受剧烈疼痛而无法使用无水酒精。B组患者用利多卡因冲洗囊腔后,仅16例患者有轻微的酸胀痛,其余患者均无明显不适,手术平稳顺利。两组表现有明显差异(P值<0.05)。结论:超声介入硬化剂治疗各种囊肿术中巧妙的利用局麻药物注入的技巧,判定穿刺针尖的位置;在确保疗效的同时,能有效减轻术中疼痛,还能有效避免并发症发生。
