摘要
借鉴国际上风险控制前沿理论,采用维度视角,结合我国企业实际,对企业法律风险管理进行多方位、多角度、多层次描述。设定企业法律风险管理维度的三个内容,构建企业法律风险管理维度模型,立体分析企业法律风险管理维度关系。
Based on the international popular risk control theory and in the point of dimension-view,this paper introduces our real enterprise reality and gives detailed descriptions of the enterprise law risk management(ELRM) from the multi-positions,the multiple perspectives and the multi-levels.Then on the foundation of demonstrating three dimension contents of ELRM,this paper establishes a dimension model of ELRM and analyses the three-dimensional relations of ELRM.
