The heating roll of soft calender for papermaking needs constant temperature. The oil for heat transfer is a liquid used for heating roll to exchange heat. The heating and cooling of oil in the controlling process need fitting with professional equipment. The applying principle and the maintenance of electric three-way valve used for oil cooling of heating roll were discussed.
