摘要
采用过氧化氢-醋酸氧化降解法,探讨冰醋酸用量、反应温度、过氧化氢用量和反应时间对降解壳聚糖分子量的影响。
The hydrogen peroxide-acetic acid oxidative system was used to degrade chitosan.Influences of the acetic acid dosage,reaction temperature,hydrogen peroxide dosage and reaction time to the molecular weight of degraded chitosan were discussed.
