高效液相色谱法测定艾复康胶囊中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of Baicalin in Aifukang Capsule by RP-HPLC

目的:建立中药艾复康胶囊中黄芩苷含量的测定方法。方法:采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),0.4%磷酸-甲醇(58∶42)为流动相,检测波长280 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温35℃。结果:黄芩苷线性方程为Y=2.78×103X-4.13,在0.096 8-0.484μg范围内具良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为3.0%。结论:该法准确、可靠、重复性好,可用于艾复康胶囊中黄芩苷含量的测定。

Objective:To develop a RP-HPLC method for determindtion of baicalin in Aifukang capsule. Methods: The separation was performed on a Diamonsil C_(18) (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column with 4% phosphoric acid-methanol(58∶42) as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and detection wavelength was set at 280 nm.Results: Within the range of(0.096 8)～(0.484 μg),baicalin showed a good linear relationship between the injection amounts and peak areas(Y=2.78×10~3X-4.13,r=(0.999 7)).The average recovery rate of baicali...
