摘要
目的:建立桑龙利肝颗粒中2种蒽醌类成分同时用高效液相色谱测定的方法。方法:采用XB-C18(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(81.5∶18.5)为流动相,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为254 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:大黄素和大黄酚分别在5.152~103.0 ng和40.08~801.6 ng内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为101.8%和101.7%。结论:本方法简便、重复性好,可作为桑龙利肝颗粒含量控制方法。
Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the determination of emodin and chrysophanol in Sanglongligan granule.Methods: The samples were separated at 30 ℃ on an XB-C_(18) column with methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid(81.5∶18.5)as mobile phase.Flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1) and the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm.Results: The calibration curves of modin and chrysophanol were linear in the range of 5.15~103.0 ng,40.08~801.6 ng and the average recoveries were 101.8% and 101.7%,respectively.Conclusion: The met...
