HPLC法同时测定热淋清制剂中没食子酸和槲皮素的含量

Determination of Gallic Acid and Quercetin in Relinqing Preparations by HPLC

目的:采用HPLC法同时测定热淋清制剂中没食子酸和槲皮素的含量。方法:采用Kromosil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,流速为1 mL.min-1,检测波长为254 nm。结果:没食子酸在0.204~1.22μg(r=0.999 7),槲皮素在0.058~0.35μg(r=0.999 5)范围内呈良好的线性关系;没食子酸回收率为98.5%,RSD为1.4%,槲皮素回收率为97.8%,RSD为1.6%。结论:HPLC法简便可行、重复性好,适用于热淋清制剂两种有效成分的同时测定,可用于热淋清制剂的质量控制。

Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid and quercetin in Relinqing preparations.Method: A Kromosil C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used,and the mobile phases were acetonitrile and 0.2% phosphoric acid solution with the gradient elution.
