摘要
目的应用TEI指数评价高血压病患者右心室的收缩及舒张功能的变化,探讨其临床应用价值。方法高血压病患者50例,正常组40例,采用脉冲多普勒显像技术,测量并计算右室TEI指数。结果高血压病组右室TEI指数大于正常组。结论TEI指数是一种简便可靠的定量评价高血压病患者右心室收缩和舒张功能的指标。
